“Fern Hill” is an award winning B&B. It was a Welcome Ireland finalist 2006 and was Gulliver Ireland's choice as Best B&B (South East Region) 2008. It has been operating as a B&B for the last 12 years and is located in the most scenic and exclusive part of Tramore with views of Tramore Bay ( The graveyard of ships) from most of its rooms.

The house, which is decorated to the highest standard with the comfort of its guests in mind has been much admired and complimented and has been completely redecorated in 2010.

There is a guest lounge for use where it is possible to mingle with other guests or just to relax and avail of some light refreshments. There is also a reading area upstairs with an array of books and magazines.
