Glow Health and Fitness was established in Tramore in 2011 and is designed specifically for and focused on women, providing a comfortable environment in which to work out. We also run Outdoor Bootcamp classes for men and Fitness Classes for Kids. Special Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly rates are available for holidaymakers.

A range of beauty treatments and massage therapies are also provided at our premises.
