Trafest 2011  

This year’s annual live outdoor festival will take place on July 16th and 17th in two locations. The first location on July 16th will take place down at the bottom of the prom by the surf centre and is more family friendly with a selection of sea side activities and live music.

The final of the 15 minutes of fame competition in association with Waterford music fest will be the highlight of Saturdays entertainment, with over 10 act's from all over Ireland performing to win the chance to play support to 50 cent on the 30th of July in the RSC.  

Sunday the 17th of July will be the usual all day concert which will take place at Strand Street, outside O’shea’s Hotel. This year we have got some of the best live bands ever, which include Solar Taxi,(Waterford) Campaing lk (limerick) Karma parking (Cork) festival favourites Fighting spiders, Chimpanbee, Kodakid, Trouser snake. 

The festival club will take place in the VENUE night club at O`Sheas Hotel on both nights after the outdoor gigs, with MAD FERRITT the amazing Oasis tribute taking the stage plus support till late, and on Sunday after the last band finishes on the outdoor stage we will have the peoples favourite skazoo plus very very special guest and support by Tony Mcloughlan and the Ben Reel band plus a few more festival surprises
