Tramore Races have been providing exciting entertainment for racing fans in south east Ireland for more than 200 years. The 80-acre venue now boasts totally up-graded facilities with three car parks, two stands and all-tarmac enclosures.
The festival in August is still the highlight of the summer season in Waterford when over Four days of sponsored races, fashion, and serious socialising make it a week when many Waterford emigrants make their annual pilgrimage home to enjoy the festival atmosphere that is around the town as over 25,000 are expected to attend the races.
The Front Room is the latest addition to the facilities at Tramore Racecourse. opened in 2003 this is a beautifully finished multipurpose function room with panoramic views of Tramore Bay, and is proving to be the idea venue for all private parties, product launches, press receptions and social group outings. Air conditioning, private bar facility and disabled access are just some of the features of this exquisite room. Capacity 160 seated, 250 buffet style
The Inside Track Bar
A bright bar which has the added feature of a large conservatory. Capacity 600 people.
The Owners & Trainers Bar
Looking onto the parade ring. This provides an intimate setting for smaller groups.
